We are the END-BUYER. The notes we do not purchase directly, we can help coordinate to the END-INVESTOR. We have our own Underwriting, Processing and Closing company in order to handle numerous note purchases at the same time.
Our company focuses 100% of its time on seller-financed Real Estate and Business Notes -- we do not spread ourselves thin with Structured Settlements, Annuities or Lottery Payments.

All four financial groups provide services as an end-investor principal, and serve as coordinator for the notes that we do not purchase directly. Beginning in 2006, these real estate and business instruments were purchased either by our parent company or its individual owners (listed below).
In 2007, other private and institutional note investors who never promote the fact that they purchase real estate notes and business notes began contacting us. We began forming business partnerships with these investors to act as a conduit in order help create a broader base of capital... allowing our clients to receive the most competitive bid for their real estate and business notes. Having access to a larger pool of funds, allows us to fund residential, commercial and business note purchases that might never be evaluated or quoted on.
As such... the NET quote you will receive for your real estate note or business note is the actual price we will pay for your financial instrument... you never pay for Closing Costs and no broker fees are ever deducted from our quotations.

Traylor, National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. is a national network of independent real estate investors providing solutions to homeowners facing foreclosure and other real estate problems.The company is also a national purchaser of seller financed residential & commercial real estate and business notes, as well as a publisher of real estate related books, reports, newsletters and educational materials.
The company is headquartered in Dayton Ohio and our Real Estate Note Buying Operations are based near Knoxville Tennessee. Its owners, Steven Hammons and Carolyn Traylor, have a combined total of over 59 years of real estate, business operations and marketing experience.

Profile of Steven W. Hammons (President & CEO/Co-Owner)...
Steven brings to National Real Estate Buyers & Associates over 39 years of real estate investing, financial, senior-level business management and marketing experience.
He began his real estate investing career in 1982, making it a full time career in 2003 after retiring from the corporate arena. Over the last 27 years, Steven has invested in both residential and commercial real estate, focusing primarily on investing in residential properties and seller financing consultation.
In 1989, he founded Century American Mortgage Corp., a Denver, Colorado-based commercial real estate and business funding firm.Steven's real estate experience encompasses lease options, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, subject to investments, owner financing/seller-financed notes, commercial real estate & business financing, as well as property management. He has also authored numerous real estate articles, books and special reports, and in 2007, was named to the Cambridge "Who's Who of Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs". He also is author and publisher of "Real Estate Straight Talk", a monthly newsletter for real estate investors, and the "Seller Financing Series", a monthly newsletter & update on seller financed notes and the secondary mortgage industry.
Prior to 2003, Steven was the chief sales & marketing officer for three national companies. He is also president & CEO of his own business and marketing consulting firm, QuantumGroup International Corp. Steven graduated in 1972 from Wright State University with a BA in Political Science/Pre-Law, and has held the position of Senior Fellow of the Sinclair Community College Leadership Consortium.
Profile of Carolyn S. Traylor (Vice President/Co-Owner)...
Carolyn brings to National Real Estate Buyers & Associates over 20 years real estate and real estate investing experience, having held real estate licenses in the states of Tennessee, Missouri and Kansas**, as well as achieving GRI and ABR certifications. She has also been named to the Cambridge "Who's Who of Professional Women"
She began her real estate career in 1989 as a Realtor® in Memphis with Crye-Leike Realty, one of the largest independent real estate brokers in the country. While at Crye-Leike, she attained sales of over $1 million dollars in real estate.
In 1993, Carolyn joined J.D. Reese, the largest real estate firms in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
In addition to her distinguished career as a Realtor®, Carolyn has extensive property management experience, as well as large commercial and agricultural land holdings.Carlolyn also attended Memphis State University.
